Executive coaching

In our coaching practice we primarily work with highly trained professionals and managers. Our coaches believe that personal development has a direct connection to professional development and therefore significantly impacts upon success and job fulfilment. Pertinent matters, both of a personal and a professional nature, can be discussed in confidence, including confronting issues. Dependent on the matter at hand, our coaches act as a sounding board, a psychologist, a trainer or a consultant.

It’s an established fact that coaching success rates depend on the quality of the working relationship between coach and coachee. With this in mind we offer an initial consultation free of all obligations.

Trails
In cooperation with the Foundation for Natural Leadership, 3pd organises leadership programmes in the Alps. These trails have been specifically developed as leadership programmes to be experienced in unspoilt nature. They are an unforgettable experience and have an enduring impact on our participants.

Upon returning from the mountains, the key result is a reinforced personal and professional focus and an intrinsic motivation to act accordingly. Our trails are organised as an open programme, but can also be tailored to suit your company’s specific needs. The next trails are both planned to the Swiss Alps one from 9 till 13 June and one from 25 till 29 augustus. RE:SET
From a leadership perspective these are extremely interesting times. The impact, urgency of change and the abrupt shift in de environment teams or organizations had to perform in in 2020 were challenging for every leader. The RE:SET program of 3pd and Minkowski helps business leaders and their organisations to shift emotionally and mentally to the new reality. Rokus van ‘t Riet (1973)
Rokus is passionate about his profession and committed to his clients and participants. He is analytical and pragmatic with a sound grasp of people and business. Rokus has been helping people and organisations to achieve success since 1999. He is a qualified industrial organisational psychologist and has worked for several leading agencies. He is comfortable working in both business services and the healthcare sector and enjoys supporting entrepreneurs. Rokus is married, has two children and lives in Amsterdam.

Bastiaan Mulder (1976)
Bastiaan studied business administration and worked for a multinational as a change management supervisor and advisor. He’s been working as a self-employed consultant and coach since 2010. He has the ability to bring (management) teams together. Bastiaan is strongly connected with people and organisations. Through his relaxed manner he is able to create an atmosphere of commitment and perspective.

He is a facilitator and member of the board of the Foundation for Natural Leadership. At 3pd he enjoys using his abilities to optimise personal growth, leadership and personal effectiveness.

Marie-Claire Engelsman-van Staveren (1980)

Is the enthusiastic Virtual Assistant from 3pd. After studying at the Hotel Management School in Leeuwarden, she mainly worked in the hospitality industry. At Artis, Ido Fortuin Fashion Group and Bickery Food Group, she has held various positions as Event Manager and Brand Business Manager. Marie-Claire is an expert in organizing and keeping an overview. With her own company Sparkle Virtual Office Support, she now supports 3pd with administrative, secretarial and organizational matters.

Daan Vennix (1976)

Daan an experienced facilitator, trainer and training actor. He establishes connections on a personal level, between people and within organizations. And he knows how to translate this into ambitions and result-oriented action. Daan creates the safe atmosphere that is essential for commitment, vulnerability and transition. Daan has a background in (Sales) management and is trained as a (training) actor, coach and in systemic work. He is also co-owner of Onderv!nd; a company that develops and guides tailor-made training in the form of a game. Daan lives in Hilversum with his wife and their two sons.

Suzanne Gillot

Suzanne currently holds the position of Head of HR at BuyBay. She is affiliated with 3pd because of her intrest and experience in coaching and development. As owner of the Burn-in Company, Suzanne helped people and companies to facilitate and realize maximum happiness at work. At 3pd she feels at home as a Work and Organizational Psychologist because of the focus on the effectiveness of people and organizations and the development of (personal) leadership in the tailor-made programs. She lives in Amsterdam with her husband.

Bas van Putte

Bas is a committed and positive Trainer and Executive Coach with a heart for the conscious development of people in their work and in their lives.

Bas studied Business Economics at Tilburg University and has many years of experience as a Marketing Manager at various big multinationals. In 2007, he shifted his focus to developing people. He completed his coaching training at the Dutch Academy for Psychotherapy. Bas is co-founder of Spot-On and is an internationally certified NLP Trainer. Bas lives in Castricum with his partner and their daughter.

Our office

We are privileged to work in a building named ‘t Makelaers Comptoir (the brokers’ office) on the Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal in Amsterdam. Built 1633 it was owned by the Brokers’ Guild until 2002 when Vereniging Hendrick de Keyser (the association for the preservation of historic houses in the Netherlands) fully restored the building.

The Brokers’ Guild was founded in Amsterdam in 1612. A broker was an independent middleman between seller and buyer, for instance in the coffee trade. According to guild regulations brokers must ‘act in love and friendship’.

Yesterday’s brokers are today’s dealmakers. And dealmakers form a part of our clientele, perfectly in keeping with the history of the building.
